Our family has been in business since 1949, and has been doing hardwood flooring for four generations. We are a member of the Better Business Bureau and the Home Builders Association. We also carry Workman’s Compensation and General Liability insurance. Workman’s Compensation insurance protects the homeowner from liability should our employees be injured while installing, sanding or finishing the floor. General Liability insurance further protects the homeowner by insuring any damage done to the home by one of our employees.
We guarantee that our installation and finishing standards meet and/or exceed the standards as determined by the National Wood Flooring Manufacturing Association (NWFMA) Our floors are guaranteed for one year against manufacturers’ defects. Wood flooring is available in different mill grades (such as #2, #1, select). Likewise, there are different qualities within a grade. Estimates provided by our company are based on using one of the highest quality mills, with the grade chosen, and with three coats of oil based polyurethane in a natural color.
